How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and flight availability. Deliveries may take 3-5 business days, or longer due to customs. Note: Delays outside our control (e.g., weather, customs, holidays) are not our responsibility, but we will keep you updated at every step.
Why is there a customs fee on my package?
Customs duties and import taxes are set by the Jamaican government and must be paid before your item is cleared. These fees are not included in your shipping payment and are your responsibility as the receiver.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
We do not guarantee delivery dates due to variables like customs inspection, third-party courier delays, or incomplete information. However, we always aim to deliver as quickly and safely as possible.
Can I track my package?
We provide push notifications for all eligible shipments. You’ll receive a updates via email or our app once your item is in transit.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
We take great care in handling your packages, but in rare cases of packages going missing, we offer limited compensation based on the declared value and proper documentation and suggested steps to be taken in order to process your packages. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of expected delivery, along with receipt and proof of value (e.g., invoice, photo, delivery information).
Do you ship restricted or prohibited items?
No. We follow all legal shipping regulations. We do not accept firearms, perishable goods, illegal substances, fragile items such as tv’s or fragile items without proper packaging, or items restricted by customs. Sending these items may result in seizure or delay, and we accept no responsibility in such cases.
Why was my package delayed or returned?
Packages may be delayed or returned due to: Incorrect/incomplete address or contact info Unpaid customs duties or taxes Failure to collect on time Rejection by customs or airline We will notify you if a delay occurs. Unclaimed packages are held for up to 14 days, after which they may be sold to recoup expenses incurred during the clearance of goods.
What if I gave the wrong information?
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting. Errors in name, address, or item description may cause serious delays, additional fees, or customs issues. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect customer information.
Can someone else collect my package?
Yes, with proper ID and authorization. We will not release packages without verification for your safety.
How many times per week do you ship?
We ship five (5) times per week, however there may be delays that are out of our control, but we pride ourselves in always keeping you posted.
